Recruitment Specialist


Job Description

Working as part of the Talent Acquisition function, the Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of top-tier talent within a selected area of Qiddiya.

Reporting to the Recruitment Director, you will partner with the business heads to identify needs, construct Job Descriptions, source  & interview candidates through to the successful onboarding.

Skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of business units
  • Manage internal clients (hiring managers) in terms of understanding their recruitment requirements in details
  • Advising line managers on time-to-hire SLAs and best in class recruitment practices
  • Keep track of individual recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and external vendor selection)
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Promote best practice in terms of a fully compliant recruitment process
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
  • Headhunt, screen, interview a range of candidates for each hiring managers vacancy
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
  • Where applicable, design and utilize suitable technical assessments for candidate screening
  • Ensure a pleasant and seamless candidate experience for all applicants
  • Other ad-hoc projects/tasks
  • Organize interviews for the hiring manager and recruitment director
  • Conduct reference checks for selected candidates
  • Capture data on the companies Applicant tracking system
  • Contribute to recruitment & HR team meetings
  • Ensure that the highest available Talent is recruited for all positions
  • Follow the companies Saudisation policy
  • Liaise and manager external recruitment partners when required
