Qiddiya is located south-west of Riyadh on a site that spans 334 sq.km. Phase one is set to open in 2023.

Qiddiya will also include a variety of real estate options and community services.

 

General Summary

Assist in oversight activities on architectural design elements of Area Development in close collaboration with third party design vendors to ensure successful delivery of all projects.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assist in providing oversight on architecture design activities for Area Development including but not limited to architectural drawings, site analysis, concept designs, plans, final designs and construction details to ensure compliance with approved themes, specifications and budget.
  2. Assist in oversight activities on the production of sketches, digital models and rendered views throughout the design process in cooperation with hired design companies to ensure compliance with approved themes, specifications and budget.
  3. Prepare formal responses to hired design companies’ clarification inquiries regarding architectural matters including but not limited to materials selection and specifications in order to confirm compliance with tender specifications and project requirements.
  4. Participate in resolving site installation and logistics issues to support on time project delivery.
  5. Participate in managing the relationship with hired third party design companies and key stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation.
  6. Participate in periodic meetings with Government representatives to facilitate design programs in terms of legal matters and compliance of design with local regulations.
  7. Provide the Planning & Design team with regular updates on designs and drawings modifications to ensure compliance with BIM guidelines and GIS data.
  8. Assist in budget development, cost estimations and forecasts in order to ensure design upgrades/modifications are continuously reflected.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field

Professional Certifications

Years of Experience

4-6 preferred total years of relevant experience
