General Summary

Support on external stakeholder management aspects such as requests management, communications, stakeholder database management and relationships management in the aim of retaining current and attracting future investments.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

 

  1. Support in managing, developing and sustaining effective working relations with stakeholders, partners, government entities and other key organizations in alignment with the overall Qiddiya strategy.

 

 

  1. Develop and propose initiatives that aim at strengthening the relationships with key external stakeholders.

 

 

  1. Provide proper assessment of all stakeholder request received in alignment with concerned department

 

 

  1. Assist in receiving and distributing requests/queries from external stakeholders to relevant QIC/QDC/QOC functions and ensure agreement on next steps.

 

 

  1. Develop and continuously update the stakeholders’ database including all interactions with external stakeholders across QIC/QDC/QOC.

 

 

  1. Respond to external stakeholders’ queries and requests in an accurate and timely manner.

 

 

  1. Coordinate with protocol officers liaising with Government entities such as ministerial visits, ceremonies, meetings, special events.

 

 

  1. Manage and attend stakeholder meetings with CEO and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to CEO are responded in a timely manner.

Job Specification

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or related field.

Professional Certifications

(if required)

 

Years of Experience

4-6 preferred total years of relevant experience.
