Qiddiya will also include a variety of real estate options and community services.

General Summary

Provide technical assistance to QIC end-users including but not limited to network, communication and software and ensure the satisfactory performance of IT services.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Support end-users with all IT related services including network connectivity, mobile devices, desktop software, etc. as and when needed.
  2. Develop procedures covering the usage of IT desktop services in collaboration with the Senior Manager - IT Operations.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance activities to end-users’ machines by installing software updates, performing formatting, installing and updating software etc.
  4. Conduct troubleshooting activities through remote access to respond to end-users’ queries where applicable in an accurate and timely manner.
  5. Conduct regular testing to network systems in order to ensure availability of efficient performance of IT services.
  6. Record and document hardware/software problems, system crashes, actions and solutions on the IT database in order to facilitate the monitoring of trends, recurring issues and service delivery.
  7. Develop weekly reports on incidents and IT assets’ performance and sanity and submit to the IT Operations Manager.
  8. Ensure compliance of all IT services and activities with approved company Service Level Agreements (SLA) in resolving end-users’ issues.


Job Specification



Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
