General Summary

Lead the implementation and operation of Revenue Management Systems aimed at maximizing yields and optimizing ROI on sales and marketing spend.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

 

  1. Formulate and lead the implementation of the Revenue Management strategy to support the achievement of QIC’s strategic objectives.

 

 

  1. Lead the development and oversee the implementation of Revenue Management policies, processes, procedures, and controls.

 

 

  1. Develop Revenue Management budget in alignment with the organization budgetary requirements to allow effective delivery of desired objectives in collaboration with the Finance division.

 

 

  1. Ensure the development of forecasting models and algorithms for tactical pricing to help strategize the organization’s growth.

 

 

  1. Develop the strategic pricing for Qiddiya, i.e. the gated attractions, hotels, events and major in park purchases to help maximizing sales and increase the organization’s profitability.

 

 

  1. Ensure the implementation and proper management of Revenue Management Systems and update yield classes to drive revenue growth for Qiddiya.

 

 

  1. Ensure the provision of relevant data and insights to the CRM team to increase guest conversion and guest spend.

 

 

  1. Manage the achievement of departmental objectives through effective leadership by setting individual objectives, managing performance, and developing the team to maximize performance.

 

 

  1. Provide overall direction and guidance to mentor, coach, motivate and challenge teams providing opportunities for growth and development within the Revenue Management department.

Job Specification

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Revenue Management or related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Finance, Revenue Management or related field is preferred.

Professional Certifications

(if required)

 

Years of Experience

15-19 preferred total years of relevant experience.
