General Summary

Responsible for supporting the mega-project development by bringing structured and analytical thinking to manage the signage and graphics development processes. Work closely with Senior Creative Manager, consultants and internal/external stakeholders to support the development of all assigned projects.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  1. Oversee design and development of graphics and signage. Sign types include marquee, show graphics, operational and wayfinding.



  1. Develop and review creative and lead design consultant’s graphics scope of work.



  1. Coordinate with internal team and assist in reviewing the designated design received from consultants and graphic agency to be in line with strategy.



  1. Work with the Marketing department and IP holders to ensure all signage meets brand guidelines.



  1. Manage and monitors creative consultants in their creative progress to meet broader vision according to deadlines and budgets.



  1. Intermediary between all internal teams and signage agency.



  1. Coordinate with third party contractors that may be affected by signage.



  1. Provide creative and technical advice for Marquees, FOH and BOH signs.



  1. Coordinate integration of signage and graphics with Architecture, MEP, AV, Security, Area Development, Interior Design. Manage and provide facility input as applicable for all creative elements.



  1. Overview and manage graphic development according to project program, timeline, budget and quality.



  1. Manage the creative process and design development of park wide graphics in line with theming.



  1. Review, comment and provide feedback on all drawings from concept to shop drawings with assigned Lead Design Consultant.

Job Specification



Bachelor’s Degree in Art or related field.

Professional Certifications

Years of Experience

6-9 preferred total years of relevant experience.
