General Summary

Lead the implementation of HR policies and programs affecting Qiddiya’s relations with employees and partner with HR managers to resolve employee relations issues including investigation in all aspects in employee relations and provide expert consultation.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities

 

 

  1. Support in the development of the HR Services strategy to achieve QIC’s strategic objectives.

 

 

  1. Participate in the development and enforce the implementation of HR Services policies, processes, procedures and controls.

 

 

  1. Assist in the development of HR Services budget in alignment with the organization budgetary requirements to allow effective delivery of desired objectives.

 

 

  1. Lead the grievance management and revise the practice through random case selection to ensure that all employees are treated equally and fairly.

 

 

  1. Develop employee relations programs and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures and manage the employee disciplinary review process.

 

 

  1. Oversee the processing of staff monthly payroll and ensure salaries are deposited in employees’ bank accounts accurately and on time.

 

 

  1. Stay up to date with the labor law, rules, and regulations, and consult with the Legal department in order to sustain a safe practice that ensures the rights of the employees and employer.

 

 

  1. Manage the medical and life insurance and provide recommendation when required.

 

 

  1. Ensure receiving and processing end of service requests ensuring that the resigned/terminated employees get their dues of vacation balance, salaries, bonuses.

 

 

  1. Manage overall processes related to government relations to provide the required services to all expats in Qiddiya.

 

 

  1. Manage the achievement of the team’s objectives through effective leadership by setting individual objectives, managing performance and developing the team to maximize performance.

 

 

  1. Provide overall direction and guidance to mentor, coach, motivate and challenge teams providing opportunities for growth and development within the team.

 

 

 

Job Specification

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related field.
  • Master’s degree in Business Management or related field is preferred.

Professional Certifications

(if required)

 

Years of Experience

9-12 preferred total years of relevant experience.
